An active member of the United States Army for over 7 years, Matthew is no stranger to sacrifice and responsibility. Now a member of the U.S. Army Reserve, Matthew balances devotion to his country with an equally impassioned devotion to his recruited agents, and the families that each one of his agents represents.
With 35 agents currently writing for his agency, Matthew has quickly built a team of dedicated individuals committed to helping and protecting American families. Much like the responsibility that comes with upholding the values of the United States Army, the strength of Matthew’s agency lies in the strength of each individual’s conviction and commitment towards a common goal. Recruited by Equis Financial’s own Nick and Cindi Theodore, Matthew internalized the examples of leadership, punctuality and confidence from the Theodores and utilized those skills to build his own agency.
